Life Fitness X3 makes strange sound. What can this be?

That is normal. It is your resistance motor changing the resistance on it.

No it’s not. It was broken. It should stay until you or program changes resitance. This was changing every couple seconds not holding resistance.

@@yahyas how did you fix it? Our x5 is doing the same thing, and has lost all resistance New servo motor? Adjustments? etc.
