I am so happy that you are back! I think what helps me the most to cope with stress is gratitude. Much like you said in the beginning of the video, to do something that makes me happy every single day, regardless of all of the other things I need to do as an adult :) Wish you luck with finding a house, and get well soon! Appreciate your honesty about the journey you are on! It is true we go through Spring, summer, autumn and winter seasons. I can relate to your winter season. I have a terminally ill Dad and mentally ill sister and my own health issues. I recently read something about how trees in winter are bare, but not barren, there is still life there. But its a season of looking at the foundations, pruning to get ready for new growth. I pray you for grace for you in your winter season! Blessings!

I found the ending and your confession about January so helpful - this past month felt so full and empty at the same time for me. Everyone being very hyped up and full of action, and I began the year with the flu and then fell straight into a stressful period at work, so I didn't find it fun. I felt tired and weak often, wishing I could have the motivation others have. Bit it just wasn't there. It doesn't feel like this is my time. But I am hoping amd trying to make more moments for me and things I love. I'd like to bring back more peace and joy, more self-confidence and just faith that it will be ok. :)

Glad ur back and sorry to hear life is testing you at the moment. Your attitude really resonates to me. I call it the seasons of life, some good, some bad but seasons will always change. I’m in a tough season myself, sadly a week before Christmas my beloved restaurant, that my partner and I built up over 8 years burnt down to the ground. Fire truly shows no mercy! I’m telling you this because I was given a book for Xmas called the daily stoic by Ryan Holiday and it’s been really life changing for me. It’s really helped me move on and find peace again. Glad you're coming back! Taking a break is really important to get re-centred... I did that last year, took a 6 month break from KZbin. It started unintentionally but I realized how unhappy I was making content so I was like nope I can't be here right now. This video means so much to me especially when you were talking about reprioritising. I was trying to be perfect for so long that I just couldn't anymore and I had to put myself first. This video shouts out to me on so many ways. I lost my Grandad in June '19 he was my best friend and an amazing Grandad but people seem to forget and my myself that it's still raw even though it's 'over and done with' like I won't have to deal with that again, as in it hit me the other day that I won't ever see him again such a weird feeling. 7th Jan my Dad had a scan and he's got stage 2-3 throat cancer. I'm 23, just seems never-ending at the mo. Usually, my January is good but like you said it's different for me this year. I would love to see home reno vlogs and how you are going about finding your house 😊 It's nice to know that I'm not on my own with Jan blues (if you would call them that), I always say this too shall pass but it's hard to get into my head some days but we as a family have a very long journey ahead. I love walking my dogs, seeing friends and having 'me' time. Thanks for a wonderful video 🌻🌿
