Thank you so so much - I ended up using a knitting needle to push out a cloth that was stuck - it s taken me 2 hours and I nearly cried - I ve poked a hole in the hose with the knitting needle too 😢 I managed to unscrew the handle like the video - thank you 👍🙂

i used the garden hose at full blast, left it for 2 days to make sure it was dry before use,working brilliantly

Why they make it almost impossible to get to a place where things will get stuck. I've run a water hose in it, trying to get toy out. I'll try but screws are made to not come out

If you turn the vacuum on and stretch the hose, the portion of hose after where the blockage is doesn’t coil back as quickly
