I had the chance to meet Charlie right around the time of this video (1974) during a sound check the afternoon before his concert. I’ll never forget it. He was in his heyday because it was when his “Behind Closed Doors“ album was so popular. What an entertainer he was! If his singing didn’t get you, his amazing piano playing would! 😊
