I learned how to drive a car when I was 14. The car I learned how to drive on was a stick and I am so glad because throughout my life I could drive any car I wanted and when I wanted a sports car I bought one. No true sports car is an automatic. Plus a stick is more fun to drive, less likely to be stolen since people who know how to drive one are becoming few and far between and a stick is better on gas.

Loved the wine-making video! One of your best. How much wine is left after half a year? You simply cannot argue with the strong fact that seatbelts save lives over and over and over again. Sati's car seat must be locked down to the seat belts. If you don't strap yourselves in, Sati could end up without her parents one day. And we would miss you two terribly. Good to see you trying to make a habit out of strapping in. In the US we think nothing about it now, but at first many people were angry about it and refused. When we all saw how much less we paid in car and medical insurance as a result of the savings in lives, it was finally embraced as a no-brainer.
