Seonkyoung, I wish that I was able to explain in words how much you and Jacob mean to me. It has been a tough year for me, and it has been near impossible for me to follow all you and Jacob have experienced, and been through in the past year. Please know that I will always love and so admire you two❤️🥰🤗. I was so fortunate to have discovered you on KZbin many years ago now, and cherish every chance I get to catch up all that you and Jacob have done and experienced over the years. Sometimes, I know that I would not like some of the dishes you show us on your various social platforms, only because I don't care for some of the ingredients, and because I don't have the kitchen skills or equipment to pull it off. I still watch them with a smile on my face however, because you put that smile on my face! Thank you Seonkyoung Longest🤗!!! I can tell you that I think I have gotten pretty good at making my favorite Seonkyoung dish though: your recipe for the Korean pork cutlet😋. You even made it for us on your "Live Wednesday cooking show" once, and it thrilled me to get mentioned on your show!!! I know you have been through some hard times in recent months, and the loss of your beloved Smokey broke my heart and made me so sad for you and Jacob. I am so happy for you and Jacob, however, that you think you have found a place you love that feels like home to you both🤗🙏. I look forward to watching your continued adventures in beautiful Maui, and I will be so happy for you when you get your beautiful studio kitchen, and your gas stove up and running. I am sending love and happy thoughts from Minnesota to you and Jacob, your lovely Mom, Hanyeol, Trinity and all your friends and family you both hold close to your hearts❤️❤️❤️.

Seonkyoung, I forgot to thank you for the beautiful videos of the sun rises and sunsets near your lovely new home, but mostly, just thank you for your smiles and beautiful face...it always puts a smile on my face, and makes my day😊. I have been meaning to ask you for awhile now, but always forget: have you ever seen the movie "Treeless Mountain"? I loved the movie, but was so sad for the young sisters😔.

Seonkyoung, I really love these vlogs and have been trying to make more Korean food at home. I'm Chinese, but grew up with Korean friends so korean food holds a special place in my heart. I've been watching Hospital Playlist on Netflix and would recommend! It's a calm and light hearted approach to your typical hospital drama. The cinematography is also beautifully done.

You can actually eat the sweet potatoe leaves too. My mom used to blanched them & squeeze waterout. Then toss them with sliced tomatoes, minced ginger & garlic with a little fish sauce or salt. I call it filipino salad. Optional add a splach of rice vinegar.

You should try the dish from our country made from sweet potato leaves. Although we used the babystem part I don't know what do you call it but it's like the growing part you cut it with your fingers like pinching just until where the soft part is then you blanche in boiling water rinse and in a separate bowl you put some good amount of soy sauce and vinegar and slice tomatoes and onions then dip the vegetable when eating. It was good specially with rice 😊😊 I don't know you can peel the stems and used it like that. I love your videos ❤️

It's my first time to encounter using sweet potato stems. In the Philippines, we usually just get or use the leaves and discard the stems. It seems like a chore to peel them, so maybe that's why? Hehe. Will probably need a whole lot of sweet potato bunches before I can try out making kimchi out of it.

If you can please make your vegan chow fun that you made earlier in your Facebook Hawaii daily stories in the near future. I tried looking for the Sun Noodles you used (vegan chow fun?), but I couldn't find it on there website. I think it was by Sun Noodles, but I could be wrong. It's been awhile since I saw it and I'm not able to save your daily stories for future reference. Does someone know how to do that? Thanks again for your Vlogs!💕
