I think something we've lost in the age of Social Media as a society is the sensory stimulation we used to get from doing tactile things like coloring, knitting, building, gardening, etc... Through that loss, our brains just languish over time. It's great that you're breaking away and doing something that brings you joy as well as gets those neurons firing! You're never to old for it. 😊 Your hubby is a lot like mine in many ways, including loving to cook. It's cute to see you two together and I hope his finger feels better soon. ❤ By the way, hygge is basically pronounced /H(Y)OO-guh/ (keep the y sound very light compared to the other sounds in the word) and it's a Scandinavian word that means the feeling you get when you are cozy, comforted and content. It's a mood or state of being that comes as a result, not the coziness itself. Hope that helps!
