Nah, the key take away is Japan allows work from home & remote jobs for its office Workers now. Meanwhile in India, companies want employees to slave away 12 hours in office. India is one of the most overworking nation in the world. Meanwhile Japan is the least working country in Asia ( 24th in the world for best Work life Balance ) thanks to reforms in 2010s
