I work night shift aligning with the US time .. I am in Africa.. the last 3 years I have been working from home from 7 p.m to 6 a.m in the morning… Really tough.. I sleep from 7 by 1p.m I am awake… 😢😢😢 Huh.. working at night shift is not for the faint hearted 😅😅

I didn't know until you posted one of your videos that you can put raw eggs onto the toast - I always thought it would become a mess and spread everywhere as soon as I close the lid. @AbirKhandaker-gk9iv it depends on perception. To me, being able to enjoy and be happy with life as it is, is the goal. The small normal things on a daily basis are beautiful. Also, being able to only work part time is a goal of mine as well

You only sleep 2 hrs per day!? It's unreal that you can still function normally. The last time i slept for only 2 hrs was when i had to finish my essay during collage. It was very exhausting, i noticed the difference between 2 vs 7 hrs of sleep instantly.

I only sleep for 2-3 hours after the night shift, but since I sleep during my breaks during the night shift, I'm surprisingly active! !
