I say old chop, shouldn't you be measuring the ingredients as you add them to the pots? Say, by teaspoon, tablespoon, ounce, pint or quart? And for Lord's sake, tell us WHY each item is added - as to its purpose or desired effect on the outcome. After all, you are an acknowledged master of your art, so help the common folk.

The video is quite old, look at the cars, it's not what is selling in India Today. Just saying good doc.

No no no no no no no!! Sorry but this Mumbaikar doesn't approve 🤦! You forgot Amul butter the main ingredient in Pav bhaji! What's that potato balls? If you where going to make Vada pav then you forgot some main ingredients: Turmeric powder & curry leaves for stuffing, we don't add mint! We use besan(gram flour) for coating! And 3rd was almost close but you didn't add sev(vermicelli) along with puffed rice not wheat. Great enthusiasm and effort but you should have learnt it in detail before presenting. Those locals might be observing if you doing it right or what you are doing! 😀❤️🙏

The usual way how the Western media portrays India and Bombay as the slum capital is taking me to nerves these days. Those days are gone and as a matter of fact, India's poverty elevation campaign was one of the largest ever undertaken by a government. Indian economy is booming and will continue to do so for the next 30 years.

Sadly this gentlemen trying out Indian dishes .. 'simly by dumping them in a pot...there are more than this..He musy allow the local to cook and narrate in english.,,of the ingrediants & methods.. However the triple centuary of Indian presence till 1947 could have created a taste to Indian cooking & its food. appreciate his cooking deligence...
