I am 70 now, but in 1992, at 36 yrs., with my husband and our 2 baby boys, 18 mos. and 3 mos., we came to live in the rural town of Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee, about 50 mi. from where my husband was raised on his family’s farm. I was a midwestern city girl, but always dreamed of living in a rural country town and culture. And so I did! Watching your life as a young mother and homemaker tending to chores, who plants a garden, and hangs laundry outdoors, shops at the small local stores, etc., is a very fond and loving memory of the very similar kind of life that God blessed me to live that brought me and my husband closer in the Lord to seek his wisdom, get knowledge and to get understanding with it. In the Lord’s way, we trained up our sons in the way they should go.

I keep my seeds all my seeds in the freezer always! My grandmother always did and she safes seeds all her live and she said when someone got married back in the 1930s , people would share their seeds with the newly married couple and from then on they had seeds. Believe it or not my dad planted 50 year old bean seeds and everyone germinated! I only pull out the seeds that I am about to plant and then quickly put the leftover back in the freezer. Maybe you can try it. I think the cold causes them to germinate quicker
