£15!!! Lived in peckham -Southampton way, but I couldn't afford to buy a house in peckham as house prices are madd!!!!! Don't understand why people call it ghetto cos its a very expensive ghetto.

A lot of people can't afford to buy a house in Peckham. Hence, why I smile when folks called the place ghetto. I urge folks to do their research on properties in Peckham. Houses going towards Nunhead are very pricey. Don't be fooled! Peckham Rye Lane is massively changing. Just like Brixton. It's different from the way it was a decade ago. You come across a lot of young English people on the street of Rye lane, unlike a decade ago.
