I like to ask you a question my father change his policy and put me as a primary beneficiary and then my kids my step-brother by marriage. On the policy he got the percentages wrong they get the letter and said they didn't process it because of the percentage so he did it again three more times still the issue with the percentages wrong the 4th time he faxed it and he didn't get a real letter and he follows them right this is the beginning of 2021 my father passed away 2021 October 5th. He been with this insurance company 15 years and was 83 years old my father left us a stinking that he left his Affairs and the good hands of its Insurance Company before he changed the policy the beneficiary was my stepbrother and it was in 2018 because my father had the percentage wrong they told me that they didn't process the papers and and paid the old policy and they didn't have a death certificate 2018 mom trying to find out are they supposed to I'm just policy the good faith and I thought it was the insurance companies duty to have a sit-down Skype call if this person keeps filling this form out wrong to make sure it's right

My Brother whom had no wife no children made our niece the beneficiary and she sitting in funeral home stated what my brother wanted ,I made sure his funeral was nice because it's his money and now she is suppose to buy his headstone she has not . She spent my Brothers money on her remodeling. I am saddened because in the beginning in front if witnesses she stated my brother's policy would pay for his funeral, plot and headstone but he passed at work so his life policy doubled and she no longer talks to us or responds. I just want his headstone bought with His money and she can keep the rest. It his money.... he deserves it... sad Sister trying to make right a wrong
