Because life is fleeting, you need to look around and see all the good in the world. One, stop using social media, get out into nature, eat healthy food, get fit. Meet people, and friends "in person!" The less you follow the news, the happier you will be. I would also recommend going to an allergy specialist and see if certain foods are making you sick, both physically and mentally. I suffered from serious depression and paranoia for many years. Not taking away from my childhood trauma, but my gut was making me sick. So treat your body well, give it the right food and all that good stuff. You will see brighter days :) I wish you all the best my friend :)
