Long story short. At 58 I decided to become a celibate two weeks ago. It was like a weight dropped from my shoulders! Felt a kind of freedom ever since that I haven't felt in a long time. Even the slightest sexual thought if given into will lead to more and more sexual thoughts, and eventually sexual release. Have you heard of Fred Dodson and his fascinating view on higher consciousness? Basically that planning, habits, goals etc are something to be avoided since it takes decisionmaking out of the present and into the future. That you should always "follow the river" AKA do what feels right at the time you're currently at and trust the most high taking you to the best most natural place that is meant for YOU.
