How is it not carried? and who fights on the side of the Russian people, who will support him, the people. In the Russian constitutions, democracy, which means the people decide. It’s hard for us, sitting without light, water, heat, to perceive your words. And I’m still lucky, we are not shelled so often, I have a house, and none of my family died at least think about it ... Without the people, power is nobody, without their support. It's good to love your country, and I'm sorry that they survive me, they expel me from my country

I love myself more when I listen to this - no other way to put it. If you enjoy talking, please do more videos like this 🙏. There is very little people sharing thoughts the way you do, and just speaking openly about life and what comes with it. It just feels so true, correct and normal, the way it should be. Most content on social media today seems very exaggerated and fake, with only purpose of showing off or buying more and it's making us be materialistic. These kind of videos make me so happy and at peace with who I truly am.

Thank you so much for saying that! I actually agree, there has been a big push in the "influencer" direction and it's often very materialistic. I'm guilty myself of it! But I want to do better and create more balance in my content. I'm glad to see more people start noticing this huge new influence that is pushing our comfort zone too far into a delusional world. ❤️

Maria, same story. I also went back to Russia for a couple of days to feel the NY vibes and to see my family. Felt so guilty enjoying my time but honestly just cause I moved away from Russia like a year ago, it was and still is the hardest time. 22:43 because not every situation is about self discipline. It is inextricably linked to mental health as well as physical health. For people who are triggered, they’ve tried the self discipline. They’ve tried all of those things. So to say “just be disciplined” doesn’t work and implies a failure of character if it hasn’t worked so far. And then some people just have literal physical and physiological limitations that don’t allow them to be “self disciplined” in that way.

Yeah I agree. food, diet weight & exercise can be very traumatic and emotionally charged subjects for lots of people, especially given the obsession driven by the media to achieve a certain body type or look. I know she means well and it’s an important message, but Maria might not realize all the different reasons physical exercise and dieting can be touchy subjects for people

You probably won’t see this but I love these life update videos. It was amazing seeing you together with all of your family. You all looked so happy and I can just tell there is so much love there. I’ve been watching your asmr videos for over 8 years and you’ve helped me in so many ways. I watched your Michigan trip last year and it got me looking into Michigan and now after 42 years in Alabama here we are! I cannot visit my mother-in-law and three brothers that live in Russia (my father lived there, he passed away 3 years ago), and they can't go out either (I live in France) Cherish every moment with your family, i love my memories of celebrating christmas and new years eve in Russia.
