Chipping in here with having been together since 18, both 33 now with 2 kids. Truth be told, even when life is more difficult now (in terms of managing work, family stuff, money, etc.), our relationship is actually (much?) better now, than when we were young and childless, I think. I'm very grateful for what I have. Don't give up, guys, work the issues through. Or - know when it's beyond saving, and end it fast, don't stretch the painful situation for years.

I am 58 when Candice described at 27 worrying about what other people thought about her oh how that rang true. As I geo older I realised folk all to busy worrying about themselves to be bothered about what I was doing, how I looked or dressed. I wish I could give my younger self that knowledge it would have freed up so much brain space and I would have been less stressed. Please if that is a, area you worry about grab knowledge Candice, gave and what I am all my friends have learnt with age it is a magical feeling to think I will do me if someone dislikes what my dress style is that's ok I am not asking them to wear or llike it. @@infernalflamezz7480 @infernalflamezz7480 Be kind to yourself if at 23 you are learning to as you wonderfully put not give a fuck you are on the right road. I would say as long as you are kind to people and treat others, as you want to be treated if folks don't like something that is their problem. It took me way to long to learn but truly the freedom is wonderful. Is my life perfect nope I went from a fantastic career as a Nurse to being a patient and often bed confined for months and when up in a wheelchair. I do regret time I wasted needlessly worrying and also not making me time to do things I loved like walking in rain and jumping in puddles lordi if I knew I could not walk in future you bet I would have jumped in many puddles. So as I say we do not know path our lives will take so embrace life and if in doubt say Dormouse would say as long as I am kind and not hurting anyone don't give a flying fuck. totally agree with the family part, 51 here, never been married, no kids, traveling the world almost freely, but having no "purpose" like a family or kids, makes it surprisingly challenging to find motivation sometimes. And yes, getting older gives way more IDGAS about what others think, rather prefer to be surrounded by a tiny circle of valuable people :-) and when did that studio thing happened???? how did I miss that!!! the "back to the root" extension looks great!!!!

We have to work really hard to keep our personalities in one piece because marriege, kids, having your own company are extremely demanding. We do our best to spend as much time together with my wife because the feelings are there and we enjoy the time together, just WE (characters) are fading unintentionally. That's what I feel. I love Candice’s insights and her introspective mind. Her answers always feel authentic to who she is and what her journey is reflecting. I’m also happy to see she seems at peace. I guess seeing a video like this it’s cool to see the fruition of a marriage that’s been and being fought for as we all live in a society where it’s so easy for many people to just give up. What Casey and Candice have created and are nurturing is a great example, flawed as every marriage is, this is still good for society as a whole to see and I personally believe that the concept of family is worth the hardships that come along with what it means to love and sacrifice to keep that holy union alive and well. Thank you for this video and I pray that God blesses you more and more. I’m rooting for your success in life and the lives of your family.

Just recently turned 26. Within the last year or so, I was blindsided by a ton of stress, anxiety, and depression stemming from not really knowing who I am or what I want. It’s hard to stay in the present moment when I’m constantly consumed with the fear of the future and things like a career not working out, not being financially stable, not being successful, never meeting someone to start a family with, etc. It’s especially hard seeing people my age to be seemingly much further ahead in their careers, getting engaged, and having their lives put together. It was really comforting to hear Candice speak about how she felt similarly at this age, and to see that it really did all end up working out for her. It’s nice to know I’m not alone. I suppose everything will be okay… Thank you, Candice.

I dont think youtube pays very much. A lot of big channels have sponsors and memberships and patreons. I just joined MBKHD's membership for $5/month for example. You would think he doesnt need membership revenue...but maybe they really do.

My wife and I are a year or two younger but I share the exact same sentiments. We have two little ones later in life because we had trouble early on with conceiving. Married life is the hardest but most fulfilling thing you can do. I've known my wife since we were young teens and I still am learning things about her and she with me. Having kids just amplified everything. Its much harder than marriage but the reward is that much greater. I constantly think about who my kids will be and hopefully witnessing it alongside her. I look forward to getting older. Not that I want time to speed up but that I'm excited for what it could hold. I also love that you're back in NYC. I was living vicariously through you by your daily vlogs years ago. Never leave.

Looking back at looking ahead, Candace, you'll be happy to know life begins at 50, altho it might seem like it's ending while in your 40's. The only thing I need to overcome each day is WTF am I going to eat for dinner tonight. Thanks to the both of you, Happy New Year too.

Thank you for saying Marriage is Hard because it really is. It’s a lot of things but it’s also work. I’ve been married for 18 years and a half, have been with my husband for 20 and a half years altogether. I’m also a therapist who works with a lot of couples. I just love how real you and Candice keep things. Thank you.

The way she said she felt at 26 is how I’m feeling now at almost 32. I always just think about my future and what my family is going to look like and if I’ll have kids and all that. Makes me feel less alone

I’ve always loved Casey’s KZbin style. It’s simple not so complex. Just a dude with a camera filming what he thinks is interesting and makes a story of it. I think all of us wish we had a creative mindset like Casey

“The more you see, the less you know The less you find out as you go I knew much more then Than I do now” U2 - City of Blinding Lights Words never spoken so truthfully. I didn’t understand those words 20yrs ago. I do now. Candice understands, clearly.

10+ years ago, I accidentally clicked on a video of a guy who uploaded a video about a car he was selling. I found it really smart & entertaining and even though he only had a couple of videos, I immediately subscribed to his small channel. Now he has 12,6 million subs, which is more than the population of my own country.... It is insane what Casey has accomplished...
