Nice to see the Warrior sitting in your yard. You won't be disappointed in it. It will pay for itself. The company I work for has 3 of them now and they are work horses. Peter is an awesome guy. Only thing is when he said you only need to adjust the feed belt.Thats not true. Pay attention to the other belts too like your bottom belt that feeds the discharge belt. If you crank up what you put over the screens it will overload the deck and or spin out the discharge belt.And you don't wanna shovel in 40+ degree heat. You'll be able top use it for more then just topsoil too.. we use ours for topsoil screening sand and also sorting our oversize rock to make 6-12" down to 2-5" ornemental or 2-3" and even down to our ballast stone which would be 3/8 pea stone 3/4 and 1"-1"1/2 roof ballast. And for all those guys that say you need a shovel to feed, yes they can be.But we feed ours with loaders all the time 966, 980's and Komatsu 500's. Enjoy the new beast and welcome to the Powerscreen family...

Thanks man. I had went through about watching the tailings and making sure that the good soil wasn't coming out the mids belt. It was just the way the video was edited. Great to hear another happy customer. Cheers

I also forgot to ask. Are you guys just running the stand harp wire screens in the second deck ? Remember when you showed the video changing the old power screener screens and how they plug and spread. They do have topsoil screens for that. They are like a zig zag wave pattern. We have them in ours right now. If I get a chance I’ll get a picture of them before we swap them out to sort rock. They work great and don’t plug as much 👍🏼

If you bought an Arjes 250 impaktor and crushed the oversize material you can sell it as 75-40 mm clean recycled aggregate for building roads etc. Also another tip back your screen up to the pile of dirt and load it with an excavator instead then then clear underneath the conveyor belts with your loading shovel that way you only need 2 people instead of 4 to screen stuff that's how we do it

Highly recommend a punch plate for your top deck will save your screens in the long term saving money on screens and labour.

Decent operation going. Recommend moving your stacker so the screened stuff falls into the stacker in the center. This will help prevent the belt from shifting to one side and wearing it out over time. Just give it a little push with the loader and it'll do the trick

You using a regular speed harp or flex mats??
@nickerbocker1997
@nickerbocker1997 4 жыл бұрын
We use I believe a 1in screen on top deck and a finer piano wire type of screen for the bottom deck. The 1800 we have can pins some sand through it. Topsoil is okay for what we have if it’s super dry
@nickerbocker1997
@nickerbocker1997 4 жыл бұрын
And the only speed we really adjust is the hoper speed. If it’s kinda wet stuff damp turn it down a smidge so the deck isn’t as full and it can screen it a bit better

Nice buy !!! if i have any advice for using this kind of machine is to place it on the edge of your pile of soil and load it with the excator. it's faster and like the loader takes care of the rest so it's never empty and always sieves. Sorry for my bad english im from Québec so speak french.

Sign on the dotted line! According to my calculations at $50 dollars a yard US, running 75 yards a hour more that’s $3700 a hour. Now to extrapolate that for a year. In US we use 2080 hours as a work year that would be $7,904, 000.00. I would definitely sign on the dotted line! BTW, I believe that Letsdig18 was using the same machine. It definitely takes 2 workers to keep up with the tailings is kind of what I got out of the videos.

Very awesome screener I would chose DEF fluid machine. Our company has all equipment on DEF. That machine you have is 2020 the other one is a 2018 your looking 5 to 10 down the road which piece of equipment do you think someone would pay you for more money for 2020 or 2018. You don't need an excavator for 2 years with the loader.

Amazing videos man! Thought I was subscribed this whole time I love how you have time to make videos and run this successful business also didn’t know how much of a demand top soil has!! My family runs a small scale very low profit dairy and cattle farm down in Mexico! This interests me so much glad to see y’all Canadians doing so good! I have a few questions how is the property you have zoned? Like I am completely uneducated on the subject but do you have to get a shit ton of permits in order to dig lower and lower on your property since I thought you only owned a certain amount. Also is that dozer you guys have cutting it? Love the Deere. Keep up the good work!
