There's an equanimity to the way you speak about all your ups/downs, which feels grounding. your channel is so grounding. i’m 21 and my head is always spinning and i don’t think it will stop, i just have to learn to keep my gravity centred and spin with it. I keep reaching false epiphanies that I’ve already failed at life. I’m about to graduate and I feel as though I didn’t work as hard as I should have, and that my disabilities held me back hard. It’s heartbreaking and it leaves me to compare with everyone else my age but I know it’s not useful. Your calming energy and also just the wisdom you carry from having more experience than me just reminds me that it’s ok, the world is still turning at the same rate. I will be fine. 🫶
