this is my second vlog y'all! i made an 'a day in a life (of a working student)' vlog. i did not focus mainly on things about working because i am planning to make a separate video for that--- where i will share summ tips and suggestions to be a call center agent.

@@Jan-fj3kc naku i don’t work already.. i know it’s hard but for sure one thing can adjust either your school or your work. i have friends from PUP theyre under the OS (open university) a curriculum for students who need flexible time 3 times a week lang siguro sila napasok.. you can also ask your tl since nasa industry ka na.. ask mo change ka ng schedule na fit sayo kasi thats what i did before ;))

hey! thanks for asking this.. in my experience, yes.. you can ask for a convenient sched that will work for you bec i did that and my tl was supportive. during the interviews, no i didn't disclose that i was still studying.. i just eventually told my tl and politely asked for a change of sched :))) salamat ulit!

hello! yes you can just say you’re shs undergrad, if you plan not to disclose that you are still gonna continue your studies you can just say na remote learning does not help you really and you just want to be practical. 🥰 goodluck!!

@@moniquesison7271 nice question! when i was starting in the industry i was with concentrix (but i eventually resigned) my recent company is TaskUs and they are so nice! they also accept newbies! so better yet tryy! most of the BPO companies do not require working experience really and are newbie-friendly so i’d suggest you to go and apply for diff company para marami ikaw choices if u passed em! ♥️

hey there! salamat nang marami! okay this is gonna be hundred percent based from what ive experienced. i got hired last january earlier this year, i was a teammate (taskus employee) and i was doing really fine. so i got in, and i didn't disclose that im studying purposely bec i was told by a friend working in taskus (who's also a working-student, too) not to disclose it bec it is going to be risky. until our trainer asked us if somebody in the team is studying, and i said i am.. kinabukasan, during our deliberation, i got terminated due to failed training but i know i was doing really well. they are definitely fine with working students --but i think just don't disclose it yet-- they're fine with it but they don't accept it under certain criteria i guess and it will depend on the account you're under. taskus is a really good company, they offer so much more and they put their people first.. they had like a free transpo door-to-door, free meals, sleeping quarters and even an indoor gym! salary is also competitive depending sa account... back when we were still working in bgc (they're in ortigas now). what i can suggest is to try taskus.. and if it worked then you are amazing! also try to consider known bpo companies such as teleperformance, alorica, inspiro, and concentrix... equip yourself with experience lang bec that will def be your edge! good luck!

hi ate! i know u!! you should try to work sa bpo if you think you can. YES concentrix is very student-friendly and supportive to working students. i just didnt disclose that i currently am studying when i applied at concentrix during the interview. i just told my tl when i was endorsed in the operations. i swear napakasupportive ng cnx thats why i kinda regret leaving cnx. theyre gonna ask lang for your school docs stating your class sched if youd wanna change your working sched. financially, i am not sure if they offer scholarship or any other financial related subsidy or stuff po. try concentrix! they care about their people! 🤍

hello! during my training experience, it was for like 3 weeks lang including the PST (Product Service Training) your trainer will be so considerate-especially if it is your first time in the industry- youll manage to survive it. just be cooperative and participate lang. and please always have a pen and paper available wt u ☺️ aja!!!

@@bleseiursevilla9034 hello! great question! well i don’t think they will know thru bg check since from all of the companies that ive been part with (concentrix, fis, taskus) they didnt find out that i am studying. the background checking is more of like your working experience, theyll just check if you already have a working exp. for the schedule, i think it depends on the account that youre gonna handle. at first, i personally didnt have the chance to choose my own sched actually, but to get in was my first target and once i got in i eventually told em that im studying and they were considerate to allow me choose my preferred working time. ♥️ but if you successfully get in and youre working time is set to your preferred time then youre lucky! goodlucky! ❤️‍🔥

Hello po! Nainspire po ako sa vid niyo and I take it as a sign. Also nabasa ko po yung mga comments and lalo akong nainspire na marami po palang gumagawa ng balak kong gawin kaso I doubt if kakayanin ko ba. I'm planning to apply po kasi sa BPO company due to financial crisis sa fam namin. As a student struggling financially, I rlly wanna help my family na by working on any bpo company, kaso maganda po kasi yung academic background ko aykong masayang, gusto ko po mag working student. I'm currently 1st year college sa state u sa Bulacan, kaso walang masyadong opportunities(work na pwedeng applyan to sustain my family needs) dito sa lugar namin kaya balak ko magtransfer sa Manila. From your experience can I apply for BPO company while studying for college po? Especially I'm from Bulacan po, so if ever I need to look for a dorm. I'm currently 1st year college po kasi and planning to continue my study sa Manila, i wanna finish this degree po kasi 😭May univ po ba na nag accept ng transferee for 2nd year? Also, do BPO companies accept student? I have no idea where to start po😭 Can you give me some advice po pleaaaseee. Our SY will end on june however, I'm really not sure kung anong naghihintay sa'kin if I pursue this path so I need to plan it all ahead of time. Please help me po! Thank you so much!!!

hello! am glad i was able to inspire you. thanks for reaching out bebe.. yes in my time dami naman bpo companies hiring students as long as theyre 18 above. im pretty sure most univs and colleges accept transferees, what i can say is to use all your resources.. research and ask. that’s okay! lots of things can go change within just 6 months so youre gonna be fine 🤍
