He wants to "escape the matrix" by following advice from people on youtube and tiktok without realizing those are basically just modern pyramid schemes and a 2nd matrix. You need to know how to actually work hard, make solid plans for both the long and short term, and know what you're doing. Dropshipping isn't the magic cure all.

If drop shipping was a infinite money glitch more people would do it and it would be widely known - it’s not because it doesn’t work for 99% of people

@itsalwaysdarkestbeforethes1198 While drop shipping does have its merits, the thing that a lot of people don't seem to understand is that it is still very much a buisness. It requires a massive investment in time, money, connections and other such things to really do well in (albeit not to the same extent as starting your own physical store would). If and this is a BIG if, you are able to get it off the ground it can net you some major profits. But more often than not the te that would take to achieve just isn't something most people are willing to do.

Well said. The 0.00001% making huge money on social basically won the lottery. Working for others sucks - but unless you have a great idea, can finance it as it’s growing, and willing to work hard - it’s the only way.

Some people might sleep on this video, but this is low key some of your absolute BEST work. Everything was insanely spot on lmao. I relate way too much to all of this and this is a wake up call for me lmao. Im in the group of older gen Z in their 20s so I relate to all of this a lot but at the same time, I lived in 2 different eras and I despise this part of my identity. We call everyone an NPC but we don't realize we are deadass the NPC ourselves.

Took me a long time to get out of this lifestyle. No job, nothing interesting to talk about, didn't do a thing and blamed the system and others for how things are. Things are crazy, but we also have to do our part. If u already got an understanding of what's happening, u're way better off than most ppl, because u now have something to explore, to pursue, to discover about yourself and knowing u want out of this gen Z lifestyle is a huge first step. "Investor, enterprenaur (is it written like this? Lol)", and while it isn't bad to think like this, we have to actually do stuff. I used to just say "I'll be fine, I'll be rich with bitcoin or whatever the thing at the time was" but to succeed there are too many steps to take beforehand, jumping in all at once is falling into stupid coach sayings. I got a hobby and I'm two months in making a project not earning a penny to release in two to three more months. Hopefully it goes well, if not, I'm gonna try to see what my fault was, how to make it better and try again. Not finding a gf but only looking for OF girls, come on guys, they gorgeous sure but they are all trouble, if u spot them, don't go for them. Finding purpose in life, toughest question I had to answer. For now, I stand at: there is no purpose but to seek one. Or create one yourself. I got a couple of hobbies now like programming, drawing, game design, storytelling and I've been getting so much better at these things, so much so my first game I think is going to turn out okay. I've been scrapping ideas and redoing things from scratch just to improve it as I learn on the go, and been enjoying the process a lot. For now, my purpose is make money with a hobby, later on, we'll see.

They don't know that every entrepreneur has many people behind him, working for his business. Usually they provide value, add something to the market, compete, don't last forever, need to be great at business and forming connections (or having them to start actual business). There is a lot to cover. People don't think about providing value, product, service to customers, they don't want to share passion on KZbin, just get rich. It's always money/goal, not the journey or creation and providing something to customers.

I work with Zoomers and Alphas. Both of those generations have treated me well, and I'm over 60. Those kids are always getting stomped on by older generations, and I often have to suffer rejection from my own generation because I'm "not mean enough" to "put them in their place". I can't afford a house either. Only the big banks can buy a house these days, and people have to rent. Believe it when I say that I understand what these kids are going through.

Which when other newer generations started to actively call out stuff. Left then out of the loop and more likely to side with boomers since that’s the worldview they attach to and have nostalgia for the most. Boomers kind of screwed them into not voicing any opinions and concerns to the point of which the opposite became the norm again.

About a year ago I started hard on self improvement. No fap, calisthenics, good sleep, joined The Real World, tried starting a channel, all that jazz. And although those are all good and non-destructive things, they also pumped my ego up. And then I got my first job ever in manufacturing. I remember going there every day and thinking how I'm surronded with "losers" and "sheep" just because they worked for a paycheck. And the whole time my entitled ass thought I was the humble one. I don't work there anymore, but may return soon. Looking back at it, I was so wrong about everything. We are waaaaay to young to know anything about the world. And it's definitely not what KZbin and Instagram tell you. And now, I hope to be wrong about everything my whole life. Why? Because only then do I grow and mature. Self improvement, drop shipping, faceless channels... Those are all good things. Just don't let it get to your head like I did.

At one point of my time I have watched some "hustle videos" and I saw something strange: "First, youtubers of this kind tell you stories about their younger years and trying to sympathise with you, telling you that if you are young (18 - 20's) and don't have a side hustle, don't take fitness pills and don't invest in crypto, you are "rat", "sheet" and "a lesser man". Then they try to give you a hope about becoming "the best version" of yourselves by being "*hole" with everybody who doesn't seems to care about this type of "selfimprovement".

As a Gen-Z I can say that many of us tend to adopt ideas of pessism due to overexposure of the media. So young people try to go the way nobody else is going but the problem is that instead of taking any real form of action and responsibility, we mostly complain and ultimately end up sabotaging our chances with delusions of grandeur. A lack of patience is also a big factor.
