I grew up in the U.S. and it is so difficult to find sources that agree, let alone are accurate especially for that epoch. It drove me crazy when I was a kid because I was so interested in tales from the West. I think you did a fine job hitting all the salient points as accurately as anyone could hope to do. I also enjoy your style.

This is accurate however buckshot Roberts was not a regulator, he’s actually the one who killed brewer

Remember at stinking springs Garrett shot Charlie bowdre thinking it was Bonney. Remember Garrett shackled Bonney to the floor to be hung in Lincoln remember Garrett hid in a darkened bedroom and finally killed Bonney . Friends u say ? I don’t see it with friends like that who needs enemies

Isn't it nice too dream. Why wasn't Garrett in Lincoln when the kid escaped? How did Billy the Kid happened to escape from Lincoln on a horse owned by Pat Garrett. Coincidence? Yeah right. When the horse returned to Lincoln, without Billy the kid, Billy attached a note for Pat Garrett.I'm sure you know what it said.In particular, I certain thing. The most dangerous person in New Mexico was in his so-called jail and he left town. Pretty convenient wouldn't you say. People really need to do some intense research and stop listening to the B.S. that's been going on since Pat Garrett said he killed The Kid.

interesting a lot is the fact that so many claimed later that he wasn't killed by pat garret but it was somebody else who was shot. well we will never know but usually we do not want our figures to die (like it happened with elvis)
