I definitely needed this! Perimenopause has been doing a number on me mentally and emotionally lately. I journal in two different kinds of journals, I have affirmations that I say out loud, I have a vision board and I have let God be the head of my life. However, I have been having a lot of days where all of that still isn't enough (excluding God). But for some reason, this particular message has made me feel so much better! Keep going Love! Your break-thru is closer than you think!!! Go back to the portion of the video where I take about calling in money, love, peace and joy . listen to it again.. then write down everything want and need.. thank the Universe for it as though you already have it... then speak it 3/6/9 times day.. every-time doubt it me, I spoke " that Money, love, pease and joy come frequently, abundantly and easily, in my life every single day.. it took 33 days to change once I started speaking it ..

Food allergies are serious. Especially as we get older. Please don't take a chance again. I know someone that passed away due to an allergic reaction. That experience was eye opening since I too have food allergies I didn't take seriously because historically my reactions weren't that bad. We cannot predict our reactions. Our bodies can only withstand so much. Always keep your epi pen. And make sure you keep an emergency card in your wallet or in your phone or wear a bracelet so that others know you have the epi pen and why in the event you unknowingly eat an allergen.

@ I'm happy you are here to share your story. I tell everyone to take food allergens seriously regardless of the level of reactions. It can change quickly. Keep your epi pen no matter what. Take it everywhere and more importantly, don't forget to renew your prescription every 6 months. My babies have food allergies too. And I am always overly prepared now.
