The Doctors What I’ve found is that it’s not always safe to ask for help from an ER or hospital. I understand why it’s important to reach out but most of my experiences that resulted from me opening my mouth were horrible. Asking for help made my situation worse.

Not all teens become depressed because of social media. Speaking for myself and others. In my case it was inherited from family genetics and the way I’ve grown up. Social media didn’t play a part in my life until I was 12. The internet itself was barely around. I’ve had signs of my illnesses my whole life. I’m not a people person. I’ve never been bullied,My mind/life has been fucked since the start. When you guys talked about Depression suicide being Romanticized, which causes the depression. I think I’m that way it’s more of a psychosis.

It’s school more than the phones. Adults are like, “why are teens killing theme selves?” And we like it’s school!!! All the pressure they put on kids in school is unbelievable. Above average isn’t good enough anymore. It’s school not that phones!!!!

Hun we all went to school, been there done that, pressure? We weren’t killing up ourselves. It’s the phones. Take it from people who can sight the difference. You guys are exposed to things you can’t handle, your focus is mislead and wrong, and your brains are disturbed by all the 5G while still developing. Garbage we didn’t have to deal with.

.... Anyone can be suicidal... Teens, or adults . I'm in my 20's , and it doesn't help when people criticize you for every choice you make . That wheather you bottle everything up or try to talk to someone... You feel like either way there's no answer . I work in healthcare, took care of my mom for 6-7 years, now she's in physical therapy. Now blaming me for it, thinking I threw her in there perminatly. I went from telling Mom everything , to bottling everything up , ect ... I tried leaving this world twice and it didn't work , self harmed , recently tried smoking. You get to a point where it's like, fuck it , how much worse can it get.....

This horrifies me because I'm a teen mom (19) and I've been suicidal many times but I know how to deal with this I know I always have help I'm just so scared one day my child will develop this depression I got and she not know how to handle it I don't know how to talk to her about this it makes me so nervous

It's not a choice when you're not of sound mind. This metaphor has been used for suicide before but, suicide is as much of a choice as jumping out of the 10th story of a burning building is a choice. Edit: this is coming from a chronically suicidal person whose fucked up brain is treatment resistant.
