Yes! It was very important for me to find the right place where I felt comfortable going for help. Trying to find a job as a first year teacher can be challenging but that was the top question I asked in my interviews "How do you collaborate with each other?" and "What kind of supports do you give to first year teachers?". Unfortunately I did not take PPR. Here in Texas they are rolling out edTPA. If we took edTPA then we don’t have to take PPR. Wishing you the best of luck though. Let me know how it goes. ❤️😊
