Started keto & intermittent fasting on october 25th 2022, I have lost 170 pounds. It literally saved my life. I am no longer diabetic. I had fatty liver disease, not anymore!! My last scan has shown that my liver is healthy AND I do not need my blood pressure medication anymore! I'm not here to tell you what to eat but be careful with the so called prepared "low carb food" full of inflammatory ingredients & oils that are not helping you staying in ketosis.Usually cauliflower crust is way too high in carbs for keto.

Low carb and no seed oils are the key to health and longevity. Electrolytes are very important on keto
