I enjoy the home makeover content. Although as a consumer I want lots of content right now, as someone trying to makeover my own house seeing someone do only one or two major projects per year would help me have reasonable expectations!!! 😆 Sleep deprivation is so so hard. Hope it improves soon!

Not sleeping is so hard. My son is 2 1/2 and still wakes up multiple time a night. It has improved recently and I feel like I'm getting myself back. I have been so tired in the last 3 years that I didn't have the energy to do anything I enjoy, I was just surviving really. Now I have the itch to get things done and it feels great! My to-do list is endless (ha!) but it feels good to get things done! Hang in there, it will get better eventually!

It sounds like instinctually you are pulling away from aspirational content and I say YES to that! Many of us are in survival mode on and off and different seasons of life call for different lifestyle choices. Kudos to you for getting through some very tough times. What you eat and how your house looks should be the LEAST of your concerns!

It's so nice to hear your voice and laugh again! Your authenticity is so refreshing! Don't be afraid of TikTok, I think it could be a great way to share little snippets of life without having to sit down and film a full video and it's a very relaxed setting so no pressure to keep on a schedule, just put something out there when you have something to share!

Hi! Love your content and happy to see you back, I honestly am impressed you find the time to do anything extra with children, you are an inspiration. I can relate to the difficulty of being plant based with children. We live in an area outside of LA and it is fairly easy to remain plant-based. However, we like to travel and are really social and sometimes there just isn't the option and I'd rather eat than miss out and be perfect with my diet. It can be really difficult and I don't want my diet to hold me back, with the exception of some food allergies we take really seriously. So, we do plant-based/vegan as much as possible but we have to be flexible if we want to live a flexible life! I can so relate and totally get it! Welcome back!

Funny - you have been in my thoughts this week. Great to see you here 🤗. Thanks for popping on & catching up with us. So sorry to hear about your father in laws health challenge tho lovely to hear he is in recovery. As for Leos sleep regression - you poor girl ‘survival mode’ is just the pits! Praying the grommets/adenoid surgery is successful & he can get back to being a well, happy & sleeping toddler💤. Be gentle & kind with yourself Kitty - your house projects will be eventually done, there has been A LOT on your plate, give yourself some grace💐

Hi Kitty, yup survival mode I get it. My son had similar issues and double ear infections (multiple) we were told to get tubes in his ears after failed antibiotic treatments etc, i went to a chiropractor and he never got ear infection again. In my sons case I was told that his neck was out of alignment (which was why he had difficulty with drainage in his ear canals etc and fast forward no tubes no ear infections

so nice to see your face in my inbox :) my husband and i were vegan for a while & we recently (8/2020) transitioned into a more vegetarian diet for similar reasons. i still love vegan food & supporting vegan restaurants near us, but i found that i had a really negative, restrictive mindset around food. so i adapted. that’s life 💗

I really liked hearing your story about purchasing the business. I am also in talks with purchasing a business from my dad that my grandpa started in the 60s. It feels very intimidating but a little less seeing other women doing it too!

Nice to see you! Happy to hear your father in law is in recovery. Funny I just had a excavating/foundation guy out today, I've been dealing with water problems in my basement for years and it's time to sort it out. There are only so many hours in the day and it's hard to squeeze everything in. Life ebbs and flows, you will find your way. It's just so very nice to see you.

Glad to see you back. I can very much relate to your struggle with being vegan, then becoming a Mom/Family. I’m sure it’s different, but to keep it short, I was so sick pregnant and postpartum. I couldn’t keep much down. I changed my diet based on what professionals were telling me. I couldn’t continue as I was, literally. That’s scary. We have to put our mental health first. I’m glad you did. And I’m here for it, and support it.

Hi, I’m always happy to see you, whenever you are able to make a video. Sometimes getting through the day is enough. If it’s any help, one of my sons (now 30), slept poorly and had chronic ear infections/tubes as a preschooler. We found that he was so much healthier and slept much better after having his adenoids removed. I hope that your sons experience is similar.

My take as a 75% Veggie (as I like to call myself) is I offer a healthy mix of fruits and vegetables to my kids and try to focus on healthy eating. Ultimately, though, I want them to choose plant-based options for themselves when they're old enough to do so. You've got to do what's best for you and your family! So happy to see your face! 😁

Poor you and little Leo. I'm sure your doctors have looked into all possibilities. Just thought I'd mention that a friend years ago experienced exactly the same sleep issues with her little girl and somehow they discovered that it was a reaction to a material in her "blankie" , wool I think, that she always slept with. Look forward to a capsule wardrobes video!

Poor Leo (poor you guys) Hopefully the tubes will help.. had similar issues with my first born plus asthma but he wasn’t too bad with sleeping ….my third however was awake hourly for years 😩 I too worked full time and it’s hassaaard !!! I felt like a zombie and abandoned all hobbies and projects just survival mode for a few years. Good on you ! I regret not getting a cleaner for fear of being judged … so ridiculous ..now I think back I had superwoman syndrome very unhealthy. Best wishes for your father in law’s continued improvement.

Wonderful to see you. Missed you so much. Busy, busy. Absolutely get the vegan while out thing. Myself and my daughter (7) are the only vegans in our small very rural community surrounded by hunters who don’t know or get what a vegan is. Cooking has flesh or fluids just because. “ Oh you can eat this, it’s got no animal” then you find it’s got animal stock, margarine etc! Many places don’t have a vegetarian option let alone vegan. It can be very challenging.

Chiropractic for Leo could change his life 🙏🏼 and yours. I’ve helped many children who have been struggling with ear infections and on constant antibiotics with sleep probs etc and the results have been mind blowing. It’s safe, natural and effective. I can’t recommend it highly enough. So much so that children who had been scheduled for operations have been able to cancel them and get on with a healthy life once their nervous system is clear of interference and it can function at it’s best and do what the body. Please make it to a local paediatric Chiro 🙌🏼🙏🏼💖 I obviously am a Chiropractor, but also a mum and have loved following your journey into motherhood and I can’t imagine how hard life must be for you right not and I know Chiro can help your family 💖
