Thank you for sharing all of this! It made me remember those first few months and how insanely hard they were. I had some PPD, and there were some overwhelmingly sad days- but I am so grateful to be past that! Being a mom is nothing that you can mentally prepare for, until you are in the thick of it! My daughter was born April 6, and I still can’t believe it’s almost been a year. I try and cherish each moment, even when I’m mentally exhausted. We were also blessed with a good sleeper! I couldn’t believe how life changing it was to get 6-8 hours of straight sleep again! You are doing amazing! ❤ It only gets better with them as they grow- I love to see their little personalities develop each day!

So glad to hear baby is doing so well! Our baby was so similar, didn’t want a soother and slept so well as a newborn. She would fall asleep by herself with no crying or fussing and sleep up to 10 hours straight overnight! Her sleep completely changed at 3 months so hope it doesn’t happen to you guys also! A great sleep book is Precious Little Sleep which talks about various methods to help bub sleep at various ages if you ever need it 😊

Oh my goodness!!! Seeing Ryan rocking her and even hearing her fight the nap, took me back to the first year of my little girls life. She’s 2.5 now and I still have to help her get down for her midafternoon nap 😆 The Babywise book helped us so much with feed, wake, nap, routine ❤

I am an exclusive pumper, baby never latched. But what has saved me from washing pumps a million times a day, is putting them in the fridge after a pumping session. I wash twice a day now instead of 4-6 times. Also my baby is also a contact napper and sleeper. 🤷🏽‍♀️ if baby gets sleep and I get sleep oh well. Forget all the social pressure.

Welcome back! So happy to see your video and see whats been up with you guys :) Dishwasher tip: Have you tried the dish towel method? It was a game changer for us and drying time. When the dishwasher is in the 'drying mode' open it quickly and lay a dish cloth down the door, tucking the edge of the dish towel into the top lip of the door and quickly close the door, doesn't have to latch fully, the door can kinda just rest closed. The dish towel hanging there absorbs the water and I dont know how but it gets all dishwasher contents dry or 99% dry by the time the 'dry' cycle is done

Welcome back! +1 to contact naps XD. My little girl (next Tuesday 2 months) can sleep almost all night without waking up but with me, in my bed. Husband out XD (we'd bought a bigger bed but we've to wait two months). About the dryer... We bought the tomme tippee UV stériliser. It has a dry mode and storage mode. It's the best.

As a female business owner my life changed drastically for the GOOD when I hired a nanny when my first was 6 months old. I am a complete control freak so this was a difficult decision for me. I have a fabulous and supportive husband who is also an entrepreneur and our nanny is the only reason we had a second child because we made it possible to have the best of both worlds. Find a sincere and loving person and treat them well and your lives will flourish stress free. Our sons are grown and their nanny is family and a dear and forever friend to all of us...she comes to every life event and we love her forever. I wish that for you.

I hope you're using emf blockers on your phones while using them around your baby..I know they only give off a low frequency but over a period of time it could be detrimental to her little body. Your doing a great job Mommy & Daddy!
