Oh my goodness. Yes, this is the next thing the Holy Spirit wants me to focus on. It's a good way to exercise self-control. I'm 53 and went through menopause the last two years. I'm completely over it. I also did some emotional eating as I went through a tribulation of my own over the last three years. I look forward to the guidance on better eating your channel will bring.

Walking in the same shoes, Sister ❣️At 60 it got so bad I went on Wellbutrin, not everybody can take it but it really helped me. I am not like I was before menopause but am able to teach a bible study on my home, at 79 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻praying the Dr will find a good solution for you ! 🙏🏻❤️🥰

I am very excited to see this new channel. I have been struggling for almost 5 years with early onset menopause. I am turning 40 this coming July. But, I have been so alone with all these changes since I started this emotional and physical change.

Girl I feel you!! My docs had me postpone menopause for 3 years with birth control pills. I finally had enough of that and let menopause do its thing when I turned 40. Such fun 🥴 so much changed that year for me and I'm still reeling!! I'm clinging to God's promises that He is with me through it all!!

Thanks so much for talking about perimenopause! I’m in my 40s and not realizing it until a few months ago I was showing peri symptoms. I wish more people talk about perimenopause. Way too much info about menapause but not peri! It affects all women in late 30s to early 50s and I heard you can be in peri for 10 years before transitioning to menopause. God help us all!!! 😂

I have loved your channel and have loved getting more into the Word of God and learning to study more efficiently. Thank you so much for your help with that! Also when I was younger in elementary school I was diagnosed with ADD and by high school I thought I was okay enough to come off the medication (I was prescribed Ritalin). I'm currently 41 years old with a 17 year old daughter who has ADHD and I am noticing more and more everyday that my symptoms are still there and alive and well. I also am trying to lose weight and get back to a more healthy lifestyle. I will probably be looking into a doctor's appointment in the near future for my attention and distraction symptoms as well and would love to hear your journey as I am on mine. Also that was a really pretty lip gloss you put on. What is it and what color?

I think I got it from Dollar Tree and they are so hit or miss with their inventory. Buts it’s a really hot pink, pearly color 😄

I don’t blame you. I don’t like it either. But my oldest daughter is really successful with it and gets lots of brands to send her free things. That’s the reason I’m on there, hoping to eventually get all of my supplements and vitamins free 😁😁😁

Nicki, I turned 44 in November. I'm waiting for menopause. I'm on birth control for hormone reasons and to regulate my period. (It was so irregular). I don't use it as a con******. I knew you had ADHD the first time I found you. I'm going to get caught up in Genesis. I found an audio version of BSB online. She's in her apron also has ADHD or something. I'm known for double booking myself.

It is not just you...... When the overlords RIPPED women off of their estrogen ( HRT ) replacement ...... We saw a ridiculous increase in anxiety, ADHD symptoms ( in women who never had them before) sleep disturbances, ....the whole gambit.

The interesting thing about that is that no one can just get adhd. It has to have been a problem your whole life, but it can worsen for some during perimenopause. And I have definitely had it my whole life.

Hands free driving is the law in most states. That means you can talk or record on your phone as long as you're not actually holding the phone in your hand. Nicki is obviously using a cell phone holder while she is driving, and both of her hands are on the steering wheel most of the time. What she is doing is comparable to talking to someone in the passenger seat.
