I feel your pain with moving. 2017 moved from a 1600 sq foot home to my parents house with all their stuff. My father died in 2018 from Parkinson's. Stay to take care of my mother and fully retired. She had Alzheimer. Started the next few years clearing out my fathers hoarding stash and emptied a 2000 sq foot attic and several rooms of wasted item. Sister passed in 2022 in August. Then mother passed in Dec 2022. Family was trying to rush me to sell everything in the next 2 months and sell everything just so they could get money. i informed them it would take a year to clear everything out or more from a 4000 sq foot home. I finally moved to my ranch and moved most of my possessions into a 40 foot container and my Barndominium that has a 600 sq foot apartment. I will have one more move once I build my new house. So I feel your pain and good luck.

Awesome update Josh!!! The girls are growing so fast! Moving is so stressful. We just moved this week after only having 30 days to move since our old place sold and the new owners didn't want to renew the lease. It's ok though it was awful living there. Hey Josh and girls Great job getting hired with the movers. It'll keep you in shape all right! Just a tip for your online sales and perhaps you're already doing this. Always post your items and list them for 20-30% higher than your absolute lowest you'll take. That way the buyer can barter you down n feel like they're getting a deal. Love to you all.
