I got diagnosed by my doctor with anxiety and then she referred me to one. That way I could claim it from the insurance. But basically through my doctors.

Hi Christina, thank you for posting such videos. Your videos are really helpful. I just had one question regarding the travel requirements if you’re traveling to the Netherlands from South Africa. Please do you know the Covid guidelines if you’re traveling from South Africa? My vaccination certificate is more than 270 days old, so do they accept negative Covid reports or something like this to allow entry into the Netherlands from South Africa?
