Great episode! Decided....quitting my job 3 months before 70.3 Augusta....JK....LOL! Will be paying more attention to my nutrition and hydration during training! Also, will try some different training methods to see if it makes a difference in races. Triathlon = Trial by fire! Thanks you guys and good luck this year!
