GOM eXP presents 2015 GSL Season 1.
"The GSL" returns with slight change from its old format.
GSL has been evaluated as one of the most prestigious StarCraft II league in the world since the release of StarCraft® II: Wing of Liberty™ in 2010. In 2015, the GSL, which has contributed to the global popularity of StarCraft II, will be the sole partner for StarCraft II WCS in Korea and the WCS points will be distributed in the same manner as the other regions. GSL's unique names for the different leagues such as Code S (Premier League), Code A (Challenger League), and Code B (Qualifiers) will be applied to all 3 seasons in 2015. Players who participate in the GSL will receive WCS points which will be applied to the WCS global rankings as well.
The 2015 GSL season champions will now receive larger prize for winning it all. GSL Code S Champions will receive 70,000,000 KRW, which is far more than the WCS or GSL prize money payout had been before. This big prize reflects the competitiveness of the players in Korea, and as such, the GSL will be held with more prize money compared to other regions. We received feedbacks from player, teams, and other persons concerned regarding the 2014 WCS Season's prize pool and this too factored into the payout for 2015.

Ngọc Long Vũ Not by a long shot which is shown on the score too (3:4). Life also have this "I am the best" attitude while herO is very much more likeable person.

cesar leon There is no such thing as "the best" in a competition like this. Luck and concentration plays a bit part here too like in every sport. Now "one of the bests" is an another matter in which both of these players share in common. What I was referring is the fact that one of them has a very likeable and not egotistic personality which the other one lacks of.

cesar leon I would, and so would other pro's, argue that Life is the best right now. He played PvZ, TvZ and ZvZ to win GSL. His ZvZ needs work, but he still owned other Zergs. This guy is NOT AT ALL my favourite player so it's not like I'm biased, but he is fucking destroying every nerd in the industry. Check the ladder, check his major tournament wins THIS YEAR and LAST, check out his SPL stats, ask ALL his opponents, ask Tastetosis. Life is god like at the moment.

cesar leon After he won the Blizzcon last year everybody is like "OMFG best player ever" etc. it's really annoying. (Not just in this particular case with Life, but in general this behaviour.) Now, he is one of the top players for sure but only a moron or fanboy would say "the best right now". There is no such thing as the best, but thats a whole another subject. Now, WCS ranking is not really a measurement of skill I hope we can all agree about this. The aligulac system is a little bit more important but thats change almost every week. If we measure "the best right now" by that it would be PartinG... There are 10-20 players who I consider as the bests, and it comes down to luck and mental condition on the days these tournaments are held. (Everyone have bad and good days.) On your question I can only say watch more interviews with the players and look for body language. :) But the matter of who likes whom is entirely subjective. I myself like herO but if someone likes Life, or Flash or someone else thats equally as normal.

Hero just messed up the entire series for some reason. he just wanted to finish Life every game that he lost and lost and lost. He had an opening advantage he didn't get any damage from Life early game. He had the third base in a good spot and he just went all in again for no fucking reason. It's a frustrating game to watch really. But hey I guess he's just scared of Life.

It's not translated well in the interview but Life basically says he slipped up in his control and composure on Foxtrot and King Sejong which is why he lost. While pros may slip up more than other times, they both threw games because they made mistakes.
