Thank you :') Im trying to stay positive regardless of my depression and type 1 diabetes. Thanks for reminding me to stay positive and I want to try harder to be proud of myself for the little things I do.

Hi just wanted to thank you for your vids, you have no idea how much they help, i find it hard to stay positive sometimes staring at the same four walls, sometimes I feel hopeless like there is no end in sight, i have had me for 20 years but mildly then last feb it hit me so hard, i had been over doing it. I still haven't recovered and can do very little before feeling very unwell. but your vids help so much so thanks again! xx

What are the quotes .. "A woman is like a teabag; you don't know how strong she is until she's in hot water..." "If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster and treat those two impostors just the same..." I think how a person responds to difficulties in life often reveals and shapes their character; the self-compassion is in noticing and celebrating those 'small' triumphs, indeed, and to hush that Inner Critic who says it's not 'enough'. Well done :) Yours, recovering from ME/CFS... xx

Hi, thanks for the comment and the kind words. Positivity is hard and expecting to be positive all the time isn't realistic I don't think; you will have down days or periods but the key is to accept them and learn to address them so you can come out of the other side positively. Kindness toward yourself, both in physicality and mentality is important.

Thanks for watching and for all the comments. A lot of what I'm finding helpful for my CFS is also helpful for other illnesses, disabilities and life in general for everyone. Acceptance, positivity, compassion towards yourself and acknowledging the little victories are important. Best wishes :)

Hi, thanks for the comment. My energy drains at different rates depending on what I'm doing. Physical exertion mostly drains me faster than mental activity but it depends on what sort of mental activity it is. If it's something I really have to concentrate on then I'll get tired fast. Gaming I mostly don't find too tiring - as long as I don't do too much of it - but it depends on the game and what it is I'm doing on it.
