So luckily I have a good long term relationship with an agency that hired me back again and again for contract work- if I was searching I’d look on LinkedIn and reach out to companies asking about fixed term contract work

I'm reading Upgrade at the moment! Did you read Dark Matter by him? 10/10. If you want a sci fi recommend "Project Hail Mary" by Andy Weir was my fav book last year, specifically the audiobook since it's got fun sounds 😅

Hey Lily! I’d love if you could clarify, you say you’re freelancing on a project but it’s a project for the company you work at? I thought that freelancing meant working as an independent designer. I’m transitioning into product design so I’m still learning but I hope my question makes sense lol 😅

So I’m freelancing however I’m lucky that the same company keeps hiring me back on different contracts! I don’t technically work for them but sometimes it feels like it 😊
