Lets be honest we would all love the return of dragons in zones they gave great gear for cosmetics and now its some of the rarest equipment in the game because its been that long since they where removed.

Great vid as always Nova. If they ever bring back Foundry AND the original Neverwinter (with some obvious changes that would need to made to it), I would go crazy!! I doubt it would happen tho! I DO hope they find a way to keep the game from dying.

last I heard "neverwinter isn't going anywhere" which might mean exactly that 😅 foundry would at least alleviate content repetition with more players creating new things

I'd rather they spend the money upgrading animations and graphics overall. Either that or a new Neverwinter game with current Gen tech.

Dude, Im playing the new wow expac and if they revamped the game for good this time.... I would 100% be interested in playing it between seasons. But a lot of work has to be done to make it a balanced MMO. Maybe even bring in a few new classes that ppl want like Monk/Druid. Also this is gunna be a hot topic, but racials need to go. If I wanna race change to a dwarf ranger, but I cant because its a DPS loss then its boring.

Future of Neverwinter: more blue screens, worse server lag, server errors, unfixed existing glitches, irrelevant gear, patches that break more than they fix, further diminished player base, Qs that never fill, randoms that can't do dungeons, no new events, old events that give obsolete rewards, no master craft fixes, no guild hall updates, and Santa pissing in our stockings.

DECA games have layed off most of Cryptic studio folks now and are taking over. I doubt they will want or have the resources to redesign the game.

Cryptic is still in partnership with Wizards of the Coast.. no partnership no game, no ip. Just because DECA has taken control, doesn't mean they couldn't look to WOTC for ideas and support.

Sharandar was the last module I played. I stopped after Ravenloft and came back briefly. Sharandar was a GREAT zone but they had already reworked everything and messed up the feel of the game to the point that I didn't stick to it. I had been playing for years and quit after Ravenloft. I enjoyed Chult and Barovia. Sad what they did to us in and after Heart of Fire.

afaik they want to add another new class, but with some much changing in management I don't think they want to announce a new class and then have someone in management (ie: DECA games) say "No, This is the path we're taking"
