I find this video content beautiful and authentic; Thank you for inspiring and teaching me by your example: *speak clearly* (Easy to listen to) * Speak at a moderate pace* (Easy to understand) *Annunciate all your words* (Makes it enjoyable to listen to) *include an intro with pre video prep* (Establishes a connection with the guest / viewer / customer / audience) *include one or two unedited unintentional ‘mistakes’* (Made me feel a sense of connection; make me appreciate what you’ve done (and all the effort that you put in to make it concise and quality content) Something i learned from something that i didn’t like me a little: The repetitive sound of the swoosh when the video text/ captions came in) Or another way; *use sounds that are organic for indicating the flow in and out if text / animations on screen.* Also learned : *Having sounds to indicate text popping up on screen is nice* Why (it re-engages me in the content and give an auditory cue that something new is happening on screen) Thank you for this video! I enjoyed it very much! Also. I like that you included something in the video review that you didn’t like. And was honest and VERY relevant. EXCELLENT content Thank you !

As a recovering perfectionist, part of my inner work is to embrace imperfection - in myself and others and life itself. 🙂 Thank you for your comment 🙏

Hi, thank you so much for your review! It was very helpful! I am currently deciding if I should enrol for the Lifebook program and I know that one of my priorities I want to work on is my financial life. Since you also selected that as your nr 2 priority I am curious to know if after 1 year of taking this program you have seen any tangible results in your financial life.

Hi Supreet, I have done few mind valley courses and also do Dr. Joe Dispensa retreat and meditations and it's kind of of overwhelming sometimes. I like lifebook but never tried, so what really is different in this program ?Do you think it is better program than any other program in the mind valley

Hi Mohammad, doing many things at the same time can be overwhelming. I do only one course at a time. And give myself some weeks after the course is over, for integration and application before jumping on to the next program. I do like learning from different teachers as opposed to following only one teacher/coach because I like connecting dots from different points of view, and then use my own wisdom to make sense of what resonates with me, instead of blindly following any one teacher. As per Lifebook, I am assuming you have watched my full review video, so I will try to not repeat what I already mentioned in the video. But if you haven't watched the entire video, please watch it. Lifebook is a great starting point if you don't know where to start - physical health, relationships, career, intellectual, emotional, spiritual, parenting etc. Because it will allow you to go deep into all 12 categories. It's also a good fit if you want to bring balance into your life. For example, most people focus more on 1 or 2 of these life categories, and the others suffer as a result. This program will help you decide which life categories you want to prioritize, and it will likely also give you some aha moments of how 1 category is connected to others. It's a good way of looking at the big picture of your life. Another thing that is different about this program is the life assessment that you do in the beginning of the program. I found it very useful and eye-opening. Keep in mind, your work is not done at the end of this program. Just like Dr. Joe Dispenza's work, it never ends. It's a practice that we keep improving on. You will continue to look at the Lifebook you created in the 6 weeks of this program, to be reminded of your vision, purpose and strategies in the categories that you picked to work on first. To say that any one program is better than others is not the right way of thinking, in my opinion. It matters more what kind of help/coaching an individual needs the most at the moment. Follow your curiosity and ask yourself, which course do you feel called to do in this moment? Or which course do you need the most in this moment? That's what I do. Hope that helps :-) Hope that helps!

@@GrowWithSupreet Hi Supreet Thanks for taking your time out for detailed explanation. I really appreciate it. I do believe that learning from different teachers gives different perspective and that does helps in connecting dots. It is also intriguing to do new and new courses rather than repeating it. I like your suggestions that after completing the course one should give some time for application and integration. I think this is where i am falling short as i once complete the course i jump on to next one and that diminishes some part of the old course. Thanks for your suggestions for Life book also, i will definitely go for it in future. Thanks
