How do you feel about coconut milk?

As a non-dairy alternative, I think it's another great choice. It's neutral for cooking, doesn't have a chalky after taste, and is drinkable (at least with coffee 😆). Nutritionally I don't like it as well as some of the others for it's low protein, high calorie, high saturated fats but I'd still choose it over soy, hemp or rice milk. If you're going solely for flavor and texture, oatly is my favorite. I actually do coconut milk yogurt in my daily smoothie for me and my son. What's your thoughts on coconut milk?

over 15billion Market cap? some tech companies are still below 3 billion? I think the price is over valued, maybe?...

Could be though tech encompasses a large array of businesses of varying sizes so kind of comparing apples to oranges. I think you'd have to compare other milk alternative companies to get a better gauge on the market cap valuation.

There is a supply shortage currently of all sorts of things, but yeah, Oatly is having that issue for sure - in some places more than others. One of the things they hope to raise capital for is to build more factories so they can produce Oatly products faster.

Interesting. Personally I dislike oat milk as it doesn't have much protein and it's too carb-rich. I definitely prefer soy milk. But most of my friends drink oat milk! sooo lol

I prefer the taste and texture of oat milk to all other plant-based milks but when I'm looking for optimal nutrition, I go with pea milk, Ripple is my fav brand. If you're looking for nutritional value, I'd recommend you try that. Thanks for watching!
