What are some practical ways you could keep your eyes fixed on Jesus this week?

I have notifications and alarm set up with my calendar for a reminder to pray. So it can also easily be used for others as well. How often do we look on our phone or sit on it…? Having the notifications for a reminder of prayer helps me when things of this world has TOO much of my attention…!

I have suffered from depression and anxiety for years. I have just started to follow God Jesus, i was praying and praying it felt like my prays did not get answered. But I am wondering if they did I feel like I have done the wrong thing, I went to the Doctor and got some pills called Clonazepam. I hit an all time low and was ready to leave earth my heart pounding out of my chest I couldn't function no sleep. I have came to the realisation maybe I have been carrying demons with me for years and the reason I am feeling like this at the moment is because they are trying everything to keep me I feel like I'm pushing away from them but I'm not sure if I done the right thing by going to the Doctors to get checked out, now I am on this drug for a while can anyone someone please help me and tell me if what I done was the right thing to
