Great video as usual, with very accurate information. It looks expensive, but for some reason we are used to live with these prices and we make an income to be able to afford it. Like they said, this is not in a little village in the middle of nowhere, this is Toronto... so it is pointless to compare apples with pears... love ur videos, thanks for sharing!

Thank you for the comment. That is right. Toronto, Vancouver are very expensive in terms of real estate costs. But they are as important for Canada as New York and San Francisco are for the States. Also they are always in top best cities in the world to live in.
@hkdiva20154 жыл бұрын
@@LifeInCanada The property prices in the States are highest in Hawaii followed by San Francisco and Bay Area, Washington DC and Area, New York, Seattle and increasingly in Florida. I'm surprised that Texas still doesn't have high property prices yet, despite an increasing air accessibility from mainland China. True that Texas doesn't really have a large Chinese population yet and DFW only has AA and KE that flies to China, IAH has Air China and EVA Air.

Life In Canada I'm from Toronto, and familiar with the prices..even a condo in a big city like Atlanta..with nicer amenities, and newer appliances, and a much larger living quarter...will run you cheaper...the price for this small condo..is highway robbery, and outrageous...best bet is to move down South, and get more bang for your buck, plus nicer weather!
@LifeInCanada5 жыл бұрын
When you compare Toronto prices with Vancouver it doesn’t look so outrageous ) I would say that the best bet is to move to suburbs where you can rent whole townhouse or house for $2,000 - 3,000. Atlanta probably would be cheaper but for example New York or San Francisco wouldn’t.
@arunveergrewal43465 жыл бұрын
Cheryl Nunn Well, Atlanta is not the biggest city in US and its not the financial centre of USA...toronto is basically new york...that’s why the high price...going to winnipeg or edmonton would be much cheaper...
@CanadianHaryanvi175 жыл бұрын
@@arunveergrewal4346 Atlanta is not the biggest city in the US, but still quite big. Moreover job opportunities and salary ranges for high paying jobs are higher than in Toronto. Plus lesser income tax and no snowfall. However , It is not to say that Atlanta is some kind of heaven. Toronto is any day safer than Atlanta , specifically downtown could ever be. There is no public transport unless one considers that Marta thingy. Atlanta is boring as hell as well, a sprawl of suburbs. And then the pathetic health care insurance frauds of the US of A.
