I watched a video on the life Pack 15 and when the guy pushed the analyse button it said Stan Coyer analyse now Stan queer along with a buzzing sound. You should check it out. It’s called life pack 15 the basics and when it’s analysing now queer a buzzing sound was buzzing with the voice.

This monitor has Massimo RAD -57 built in so the finger sensor monitors carbon monoxide and methemogloninemia as well as oxygen saturation. But you could have had a Zoll. Smaller lighter and way better.

If it's for BLS why not default the screen (channels)to Paddles, SPO2 and ETCO2 rather than leads II, III and AVF?

So when your working a code and place pads on patient you have to change lead to paddles? Or you can stay in lead II and it will still read?

@@uneyedentified2017 No you want it to switch to paddles. If you're BLS you MUST press the ANALYZE button. Doing this automatically switches the TOP CHANNEL to PADDLES.

@@uneyedentified2017 No, you must use the chest leads to PACE. The THERAPY CABLE (mistakenly called paddles) will now be used to deliver PACING therapy while monitoring patient's underlying rhythm with the ECG PATIENT CABLE.

Why did you only put your first letter? I wanna know your name. You seem like a very nice person and I’m actually getting my own life pack 15 but I don’t know how to set it up like you could make it power on and manual mode or AED mode, I don’t know how to set it up.

@timberland1108 No problem :) as far as i can tell there are little additions to make it more user friendly but nothing crazy :) Very easy to go from a 12 to a 15 :)

I checked at work last night, and our Lifepacks locally don't seem to have the ability to show SPCO for some reason.. That would be pretty useful though sometimes!

turn power on...look really closely at the spot on the monitor where the SPO2 is displayed...it will flash momentarily the "parameters" (ie: SPO2, CO, MetHb) that are available on THAT particular device. After that it's just a matter of making sure you have a "Rainbow" finger sensor. You might have to do it twice it flashes really fast.

@timberland1108 Hello :) The Lifepak 12 was not really designed for the kind of abuse that prehospital emergency care requires, where as the 15 is strengthened and much more resilliant to shocks and moisture :) Toughened screen etc
