Peer reviewed papers are coming out lots now, proving vibration works. I have RA and yes, it helps ++ My bone density went up, my blood sugar down. I can mobilise in the morning within 30 minutes rather than 2 hours. Havent tried with bands, as im waiting for shoulder replacement first.
