I love your videos, very informative. We just got a Rumblex plus. My husband and son are enjoying it. I really would like to enjoy it too but last March an MRI done to my lower back showed spondylosis and L4-5: Moderate to large left paracentral disc herniation, could it be safe for me to use it?, I have used it for like three or four times in low for some minutes every other day. Hi @Carolina Castaneda, Spondylosis is one of the contraindications either absolute or relative depending on the severity. We advise that you consult a doctor who has a knowledge with Vibration Platforms to advise if you can use your Rumblex Plus. Hope this helps.

Hi WhiteRabbit47, our P1 and p3 is the one with lower hz which is great for beginners and you can try p2 and 4D for more intense workout which yes can go up to 40hz :)

Is there a reason the older Model with the curved platform is more expensive than the newer model with the flat platform? I would prefer the Plus or even the Pro not because they are flat but because of the plug location and the ability to lock the controls via remote. But neither of them is available at this time. I really like to get one of those platforms ASAP. Just not sure if I should settle for the older and for some reason more expensive model over the Plus.

Smith, our Rumblex Plus comes with an exercise mat, watch remote, 4 mini bands, and 2 resistance bands while our Rumblex Pro 4D comes with an exercise mat, 4 mini bands, 2 D-ring straps, 2 ankle straps, remote control, 2 nylon hand straps, 4 work out bands with removable handle, and 2 resistance bands. We are hoping that by the end of this month we will have both of them restocked. We will let you know right away :)

And yet nowhere on or in the box is 4D included in the model name. So you have purposely created confusion. The rumblex arrived promptly and then I found it only shows 88 on the display after a brief startup display. None of the buttons work, neither the base nor remote. So it goes back tomorrow and I await another unit. I hope that one works. I see several other people have had the same issue.

😕 confused! Since Lower frequencies have higher impact (G force) wouldn't you want to start off at higher speeds (less impact) and work your way down in frequency??? It said the 0.4 G-force is ideal for cells and your body works in the 20-50 HZ range seem the low speeds could be bad for you. Thoughts?

I just set up my new Rumblex Plus and understand it is best to start with the P1 or P3 setting. I also understand that the intensity should be 1-20 (green) for beginners, however once I start, the intensity automatically and fairly quickly raises the intensity to red. Is it performing properly for P1?
