It was the 70s! After all, Brooke also appeared nude in that film. The kissing scenr was not nearly as bad as the nude images of her. AND remember that Brooke had previously appeared fully nude in a men's magazine, published by Playboy, at the age of 10. All that was completely legal back in the 70s. Then Brooke went on to star in Blue Lagoon at 14, dressed very scantily. There were nude scenes which were filmed using a body double, someone who was over 18.
