Yes, yes...Right on! One thing at a time. I now buy organic raw sugar - and the subsitute, but want to do more organic when able and affordable. For baking, I moved from away from bleached flour, to organic unbleached flour. Any recipe that calls for salt, and large portions of sugar, I have either removed them, or divide in half. I tried less salt last year around July 2024. Read where many manufacturer's are trying to move this direction with less sodium. I wasn't huge on salt anyway due to growing with a mother with high blood pressure. I have found the baking power no-salt on Amazon, and the no-salt salsa is online, but can be found in some stores. Same with no-salt boullion.

Your approach is supported by the relevant data, which is great. My only advice as someone who’s lost great amounts of weight in my life is not fall into the trap of drinking some specific amount of water. Listen to your body. If you are at bottle 3 at noon and feel sloshing in your stomach and gross from all the water, you need less water. It very well may be that 6 is the right number for you, most days. But just be careful and make sure to adjust! Also props to focusing on eating three meals a day. There’s great research behind this as a hunger regulation tool, ESPECIALLY if fasting has proven not to work well for you.

Dear Kellz make sure u drink all that water during the day 6 is a lot cause u have to watch out for ur sodium level why? well I dranked 8 bottles a day but I wasn't eating a lot I had to go to the hospital cause of my sodium fell really,really fast n it's hell tryn to get it back to normal if it ever do alot of praying I did now I'm taking in a little more salt than I normally do HAPPY NEW YEAR God Bless 🎉
