1, 3 and 4 were ultra nice however the public road between the house and the ocean killed it 2 and 5 both were on bayside , 2 and 5 both had amazing interiors but I think ultimately 5 is the best based on the surrounding neighborhood ,bayside , golf cart ride from the beach and oowee the back yard is Divine

@William Scott I agree, AZ, NV.. Great Luxury homes are great Bargains. But for me Fl was more about how the general way certain people treated me when I bought luxury property there. They treated me like i wasn't supposed to be there or was not wanted there. Not all people were like that but it was just not a good experience for me personally. And I'm a very quiet person and stay to myself. But anyways. I sold the properties and ended up make very good profit. So, for me it was the best for me leaving. I'm looking at properties in NV right now and will probably go with a custom build.

@William Scott I looked at AZ as well and actually it was #2 on my list. They have the best land size per Luxury properties but even though I'm a young guy who got lucky with investments, AZ is too hot and dry even for me. I'm so with you on that. CA is too crowded, lots of smog and horrible traffic. NV has the right balance for me so far. and Plus when I want to go back home to visit CA it's not that far. Each one of their Luxury developments comes with a Large luxury Club house complex with amenities that are in walking distance or scooter or biking distance. But a lot of the homes lack the large land and spacing of the homes in AZ. (I'm going for the indoor/outdoor look) So, I want a nice sized plot of land that is not too close to the other homes but still not too large where I don't feel part of the community still. At this point NV is so perfect I think I might just try to go with purchasing dual plots if it gives me the space and privacy I'm looking for. Especially if the build/property price is a good deal that it will still be within the budget I've set for myself. But Anything in NZ or AZ is a better deal than CA and NY. Plus I love the modern style of homes in NV. If with your experience you know of any area with those types of options, would you mind suggesting them? I would greatly appreciate it. I'd prefer it than a developer or agent's suggestions who's main concern is making money.
