I watched the video before contacting Customer Service, and I noticed that the issue you experienced with the last wall support channel (AFM) matches what I am encountering with all of the (AFM) channel supports. You tried to force it in and you drilled it anyway. You can see it still crooked and leaning out. The supports are too long and don’t fit into the slots-not just by a small margin, but significantly enough that I might need to use a grinder to shorten them. Even then, it appears the pre-drilled holes won’t align with the screw divots in the panels. Could you please advise on the best course of action to resolve this issue?

The AFM channels can be difficult to insert into the wall panels. You can insert the AFM channel into the bottom and tap it with a rubber mallet to create a slight indent to make a little more room. Just be careful not to hammer them in and puncture the plastic. Or if the screw bosses are still visible, you can also angle the screw into place. We recommend starting with the last screw on the bottom, so the channel does not travel out of the slot. If that doesn't work, give our customer service team a call and we can troubleshoot the issue with you and see if we can figure out what is happening.
