This video helped me decide to buy this particular swing set for my kids. Thank you!

😄 Very good instructions and video. Assembly went together pretty smoothly with Papa, Daddy, and two grandchildren (2 and 7) supervising and assisting. Note: Heed warnings about not over torquing bolts. Broke one, but lifetime rushed out a replacement. (Thanks Lifetime!) - Anchor system is pretty amazing vs setting cement. (Be sure anchor driving rod is properly engaged though. (Wish there were anchors for the ladder legs too, but swing-set is stable without them. - Green slide gets hot in the sun. Try to position so it is not full facing if possible. Similar to metal playground slides in South. (Yellow slide might stay cooler, but we like this set better overall. Swings and ladders do not seem to get hot like the slide.) We were a little slower than the video getting it together and positioning it where we wanted. Took a while to get it all unpacked and get the anchor driving rod loose so we could reset one anchor. (See above.) Very confident that this set is safe and will hold up for a long time. Grand kids love it!

In Step 2.7 when you attach the cross bar, can you orient the swing set in either direction? In other words if you facing the swing set can the Swings be on the left or right or does the assembly require that the swings are to the left of the slide?

This video has helped me tremendously! Thank you! Now, if you can do one video of assembling the teeter totter airplane that would be awesome! Thank you again

Step 2.7 doesn’t point out that it’s important that one of the ladders are configured for the slide. I got to the slide step and realized I needed to swap the monkey bars around. That lost my 30 minutes. 😢

The one I received has a brown monkey bar top (not green as seen here) It appears much thicker and I am having trouble getting the screws in. Is this a new style that came with screws that are too short? Are there different versions of basically the same money bar swing set? (It also had a slide that is only in one piece and the legs of the swing set are also only in one piece.) Assembly is not as easy as it appears in this video, unfortunately.

Mine was the same. It seems to be a different version. Maybe an update bc the slide that was two pieces had more problems? My anchors had no instructions and were nothing like this video. It was a PITA to get it lined up with the bolt.

@@wildflower8605 Same - we got the brown monkey bar top version and the holes don't like up appropriately. Total pain in the butt. Also found the screws to be slightly too short as well.

Hi, thanks for your reply. How did you get around these issues?
@mktgteacher2 жыл бұрын
We had same issues. We loosened all the bolts on 4 corners of monkey bars so it allowed some wiggle room to line things up. Hope this helps. We also had brown monkey bars, single frame poles but unfortunately a 2-part slide with NO hardware to attach the two parts together.

How does it Install in a yard with a slope? Some special tools/steps needed?
@LifetimeProductsAssembly3 жыл бұрын
We do not recommend installing a system on a slope. This will make aligning parts difficult when assembling, as well as when it is in use will no be sturdy enough that will cause the system to tip.

Can you also demonstrate the anchoring? This video is very useful.

This video is great! Very detailed. The only issue we are having is at Step 2.10. We installed the anchor on one side, but can't get the driving stake back out to install the other anchors. Any suggestions?
@LifetimeProductsAssembly3 жыл бұрын
Sorry to hear you were having troubles. A trick you could try is putting vise grips and the end of the anchoring rod (to help hold the rod) and hitting it up with a rubber mallet. This could help create motion to the rod making it move around. If you have additional questions you can always reach out to our customer service experts. They can be reached at 800-225-3865 or by email at customercare@lifetime.com. Customer Service hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (MT).

How much is the box size? Will they fit in compact SUVs
@LifetimeProductsAssembly3 жыл бұрын
This system comes in a pallet with multiple boxes. The pallet size 93.37” length by 75.56” height.
@mktgteacher2 жыл бұрын
No! It sure won’t. Two boxes hung out of the bed of a full size truck.

I own a Toyota Rav4 and I was able to load it. It stuck out about 10 inches but it is doable. You just have to tie it down.
