At the start, looks like the right has a bit of a Moeller pump going on while the left has the fingers more isolated? Is this the case, or just an odd camera angle making it appear that way?

Keep in mind this is just Tommy's warmup routine. And after you warm up you should have a lot of other things you practice. If it's a hands/pad day, then after I warm up I usually go deep into accents, which gets me more into the moeller approach. (also, reminder, this vid is sped up. I created these to practice along to)

Paradiddles at 210? Yep, and I don't class myself to be a particularly good rudimental player. I can get up to 230 then I max out, as I basically have no finger technique
