Lift Cylinder stuck on lift (cannot lower)

A TCM electric forklift where the lift cylinder is able to lift but cannot lower by pulling on the lift/lower lever. The video shows the process of diagnosing the problem.

Hi, sir My forklift don't start in the ignition switch and hydrauliic system don't work . I connect directely the postif of starter with the excitor it runs the engine but the hydraulic system don't work . When i make chunt in the starter relay . It runs also but the hydraulique system don't work

Hi, what do you check when toyota tonero forks dont stay when you lift. They just drop down slowly when not using the controls???

Either the cylinder or the control valve is internally leaking.

I have RR B3 reach truck error E107 occurs after some working with reach truck. Anybody tell me what is the problem. I have replaced the battery but same condition

The main contactor K10 does not close during truck start up and the emergency stop switch does not operate 1, defective k10 contactor tips 2, defective a5 card Check voltage at pin 808 on a5 card voltage must be battery voltage on start up. If no voltage check fuse f62 (10amp) If fuse is ok check contactor tips,

@@marclawson3453 it's due to battery. Battery is weak. I have also replaced the MCU. After replacing reach speed issue occurs then I have done calibration. Machine doing it's all functions good. But after some days reach speed problem again occurs. Can you please share with me why this is happening?

@@akmmechatronics5690 what do u mean by mcu? If the battery is faulty then it will cause the contact tips to arc and burn out. Check the contactor under the seat and see if there is any burn marks. Contractors are cheap and I could probably get u the part no, don’t understand why u are changing computers before trying this

@@akmmechatronics5690 remove the floor plate and check the spring under the brake pedal, the spring snaps and it will throw a fault code and cause the reach to go in and out slow, I think it’s parameter 38 or 28 u need to go into to calibrate it, fault will keep appearing if the spring is broken tho

Then I would check if there is a mechanical binding in the mast, cylinders. If none then it would have to be in valve bank.
